Please take these steps in registering as a diverse supplier with our company:

1. Determine that your company meets the guidelines established by SBA or NMSDC.
2. Fill out our Diverse Supplier Registration Form which includes pertinent information about your company.
   Submit your registration form via e-mail to our Supplier Diversity Manager. or fax to Supplier Diversity Manager 208-893-7236 or via USPS at 906 E. Karcher Road, Nampa, ID 83687.
3. You will receive a letter of confirmation from MPC letting you know your form has been submitted, and is being reviewed.

After MPC Supplier Diversity reviews your registration form, we may ask you for additional information if necessary. If we do not have a current requirement for your capabilities—but your company meets our procurement standards—you will be notified when the need for your product or service does arise.
