Speed of shipping replacement parts or products (where required)
When you need a replacement part or system, you want it immediately.
We stock parts and products in our factory and depot centers, and our goal is to ship them out to you the same day they are requested.
The "fill rate" is defined as the percentage of parts or systems that ship out on the same day they are ordered.
Almost all requests we receive by 3PM Mountain time each day are fulfilled that same business day.

Furthermore, unlike most other PC vendors, we'll provide packaging for the old defective part and pay for its shipment back to the MPC factory, so you don't have to worry about it.
