Unique Service Program: Self-Maintainer
Another innovative service that MPC has developed is the Self-Maintainer Program. This service is designed for customers with a strong internal IT infrastructure that want a streamlined process for ordering replacement parts and products. Under the Self-Maintainer program, a customer does not need to contact MPC tech support to order replacement parts or products. Instead, the customer can order replacements directly through a special MPC web page.
Unlike programs from other vendors, MPC's Self-Maintainer Program is extremely simple and easy to use. There is no cost for the program, and no requirements for training or certification. Although customers are not required to go through Tech Support, they always have the option to use Tech Support if they choose. As with our tech support-assisted replacements, orders that are entered by 3PM Mountain time almost always ship out that same day.
