Indelible Asset Marking
MPC can engrave your organization's name onto your notebook covers, Tablet PCs and desktops to enhance your image and identity, simplify inventory functions, protect against theft and increase the recovery of misplaced systems. MPC can engrave equipment with your organization's custom logo or, if you prefer, can prepare a text-identification graphic for you. The recommended engraved image size for notebooks is three inches by three inches. Placement options are determined by the specific equipment's design.
Service Process
- STEP 1You receive the Custom Integrated Solutions (CIS) terms-and-conditions agreement.
- STEP 2You send MPC the graphic to be engraved or confirm the text-identification graphic to be developed. Graphic should be sent in vector format (EPS, Adobe® Illustrator or CorelDraw®) as a black-and-white or grayscale graphic.
- STEP 3MPC will center your graphic on the lid and forward an illustration file for review and approval. Standard engraving will not exceed 3" x 3" in size.
- STEP 4MPC proceeds with Indelible Asset Marking on selected equipment. If requested, a sample lid is sent to your organization for approval.
- STEP 5Engraved equipment ships to customer.
Time Frame
On average, the Indelible Asset Marking service takes five days once a valid graphic is received and placement is determined. This is in addition to the standard product lead time.
Purchasing Information
