Statement of Work
A Statement of Work is provided for each SAN installation project.
MPC assigns a project manager to coordinate the details and scheduling of the deployment services. The project manager coordinates the resources of the MPC Engineering team to develop a detailed Statement of Work based on customer objectives.
Technical details, such as IP addressing schemes, network architecture, etc. are predetermined as accurately as possible. Once the customer and MPC sign off on the Statement of Work, a deployment schedule will be established by mutual agreement of the customer and the MPC Systems Engineering team. The Project Manager coordinates the schedules of deployment personnel and ensures that all hardware involved in the project is delivered prior to the scheduled project start date.
