Advanced Portable Exchange
Restore your notebook functionality quickly with MPC's innovative Advanced Portable Exchange Service. If MPC's technical support determines that your notebook shell is defective, MPC will provide you with a replacement shell excluding the Customer Replaceable Units (CRUs). Examples of CRUs include the floppy drive, optical drive, hard drive, and battery. The replacement shell will have the same serial number as the covered unit it is intended to replace, allowing you to maintain consistency within your asset management records.
Once you have transferred the CRUs from the defective notebook shell to your replacement shell, you shall appropriately package the defective shell and ship it back to the designated MPC depot repair facility, using the pre-paid shipping materials provided by MPC.
