MPC offers Depot Repair Service as our standard service with all notebooks. If a problem can not be resolved by MPC's technical support or by a replacement part that can easily be replaced by you, MPC will provide you with a shipping box and a pre-paid return label to ship your system to our depot repair facility. Within three business days from courier pick-up, MPC will return your notebook, repaired and ready to go.
