On-site Service
An MPC-authorized technician is sent on-site to replace defective parts once telephone support has determined that a replacement part and an on-site service call are required.
The on-site technician will replace the defective part, verify system functionality, and offer to return the defective part back to MPC.
To further protect your investment, you can purchase up to five years of On-site Service (includes parts replacement and technical support).

Service is provided pursuant to a service contract between the customer and a third-party provider.
If MPC technical support determines On-site Service is necessary, the customer will be contacted by the third-party provider to schedule an on-site appointment for the next business day after the part is supposed to arrive at the customer's location (or mutually agreed upon time thereafter).
Within the Continental United States, if the service location is greater than 120 miles from one of the provider's concentration cities or primary service points, On-site Service will be performed in a commercially reasonable amount of time.
