Should a covered hard drive fail under normal warranty conditions, you keep the failed drive and MPC will send you a replacement drive.
This service is especially important for government agencies, law offices, insurance companies, health care providers, financial institutions and the like.

Hard Drive Protection Plan Restrictions
The Hard Drive Protection Plan is sold per drive, not per system; you must purchase this service for every drive you want covered.
If the system has two hard drives, both will need to be covered.
The number of hard drives replaced shall not exceed the number of years of the original hardware warranty period or supplemental parts coverage, unless there is an inherent defect with the drive.
Should you need a replacement hard drive under this program, you will be required to return a completed RMA Statement of Destroyed Materials Form.
Failure to return the form will result in additional charges being incurred by you.
