Express Ship Repair Program
The Express Ship Repair Program provides packaging material and shipping to an authorized repair facility, product repair, and shipping back to you-all within seven business days. This mail-in repair program is designed for peripherals such as large printers, scanners and monitors and is provided when mechanical or electrical failure occurs due to normal use. On-site service is available for select printers valued at $1,200 or more. Coverage is available for three- and four-year terms.
